everything about the experience was awful and unprofessional.i ordered glasses, they took weeks to arrive and decided to exchange them for another pair.

their policy allows this. i sent the original pair back with an email and note detailing the new ones i wanted. after weeks, they said the new pair was unavailable - yet it remained on their site (and is still on their site today). they charged me a 20% restocking fee even tho i only returned the original pair based on the representation that i could get the new pair.

i will NEVER shop there again.

EVER.and neither should you.
